Dr. Chad A. Corley, DMD
Decatur, IL DentistCorley Family Dental
I was born and raised right here in Decatur, IL. After graduating from MacArthur High School in 1995, I received my Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign. Then off to Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine to pursue my education in dentistry. I thought I was “just” getting my Dental Medicine Doctorate; however, I ended up meeting my amazing wife (who is also from Decatur) right there in dental school in Alton, IL. Dental school isn’t all about teeth I guess :).
We have three beautifully ornery kids (2 daughters: Lucy, 6; Solé, 5; and one son; Remy, 3). I enjoy coaching their soccer teams; playing basketball; golfing with my wife, Natalie; and spending time with family.
I am honored to be serving the Decatur community and have met many wonderful patients who I now consider friends. My wife and I are eager to give back to Decatur what it has given us over the years. We enjoy supporting many local charitable events and organizations.
Thank you to all of our wonderful patients that have followed us to our new location! I will continue to perform comfortable and compassionate dentistry and am honored to be your dentist!
Dr. Natalie A. Corley, DMD
Decatur, IL DentistCorley Family Dental
Hello! Many of you are most likely scared to death of going to the dentist. Usually we hear that phrase from our new patients and then typically after the first visit, a sense of calmness and relief overcomes them. They feel at home and their anxiety is at rest. That is what our primary goal is here at Corley Family Dental. We provide modern, compassionate, excellent dentistry making you part of your treatment decisions by educating you on your oral health.
My name is Natalie (Sykes) Corley and I am also a Decatur native actually receiving the majority of my education right here in Decatur. I attended Eisenhower High School and then received my Bachelor of Science Degree from Millikin University. I then “finally” ventured out of Decatur and received my Dental Medicine Doctorate in 2007 from Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine in Alton, IL.
Who knew I would also find my husband (Chad, who is also from Decatur) while studying to become a dentist in Alton. We have two daughters and one son. Like for most moms, my children are my main motivators. I feel I am a better person and dentist because of them!
Chad and I worked together at another dental office in Decatur for several years, and then finally decided to take the plunge and not only be partners in life together but now partners in business (not sure which one is more difficult). We have a great balance and between the two of us (and A LOT of help from our family members) we are able to be “mommy and daddy” at night while being “doctor” during the day.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our patients who have transitioned with us into our new office. We are excited to better serve you and make you feel right at home! And a big thanks to all of our new patients who have joined our dental family. I would also like to thank our families for the support you have given us. We are truly blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful patients and family and are committed to providing compassionate comfortable dentistry for the Decatur Community.

I am truly blessed to have my first hygiene job here at Corley Family Dental. We have an awesome staff that is so friendly and fun! I enjoy working with patients and building a relationship with them as well. One of my favorite parts of being a hygienist is to educate my patients and let them know that their oral health is important to me. One my free time I love to hang out with my wonderful husband, family & friends.
Bree Whitted, RDH
I was born and raised in Clinton, IL where I still continue to live. I attended Parkland College’s Dental Hygiene Program and received my degree in 2008. I was hired on as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Gaitros Dental Center, working along with the Corleys. After almost five years there, I was fortunate enough to have the Corleys ask me to be their hygienist at their new business! I have enjoyed coming to work here everyday, but the best part by far, is our patients! Whether they’ve followed us over or we’re just seeing them for the first time, we fully enjoy getting to know all of our patients! We try our best to make our patients feel comfortable and educate them on the importance of their oral health as it relates to their overall health. When I’m not at work, I enjoy being with my wonderful husband Neil, daughter Kaylee and dog Tank! Whether we are boating, skiing, going to Cardinal games or just hanging out with our amazing families, we always have a great time and are grateful for how truly blessed we are!
Rachel Funk, RDH
Born and raised here in Central Illinois, I didn’t wander too far for college or to grow a family. Together with my husband Robert, we are raising our 3 children Kaitlyn, Hayden and Nolan. We live in a country home here in Central IL and like to pretend we are farmers on our 4.5 acre patch. Since my graduation from Parkland College in May 2001, I have been happily practicing Dental Hygiene here in Decatur, Illinois, joining Corley Family Dental March of 2014. As a hygienist, I am passionate for educating my patients on the health and proper home care of our smiles.
Lindsay Fenton, RDH
Hi, my name is Lindsay. I was born and raised here in Decatur, IL. I graduated from Parkland College and received my dental hygiene degree and license in 2010. I have been working at Corley Family Dental since August 2014. From my initial visit to the office, I knew this is where I wanted to spend my dental hygiene career; all of the staff was so friendly and welcoming I knew right away that I would enjoy working with all of them and becoming a part of their dental team. My favorite aspect of dental hygiene is getting to meet new people every day and not only educating them about their oral hygiene but also building a relationship with each patient. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband Kory and beautiful daughter Karlie. We enjoy doing anything that involves being outdoors!
Brittni York, RDH
Hi! I’m Brittni York. I grew up in Cerro Gordo and graduated from there in 2013. I then went to Lakeland in Mattoon for the dental hygiene program and graduated in 2016. Shortly after receiving my license, I was lucky enough to get a job here. I love the office and all my coworkers. In December, I’ll be marrying my high school sweetheart, Kyler. We will soon be moving to Mt Zion with our best bud, our dog, George!
Meet Our Dental Assistants
Lisa Webb, Dental Assistant
Hi my name is Lisa Webb. I am 33 years old. I have lived in Decatur all my life. My husband and I have been together for 14 years. We have two wonderful children. We have lots of hobbies together such as go cart racing, dancing, boating, skiing, camping. We also love spending our free time with family and friends. I have been Dental assisting since 2010. I have only been with Corley Family Dental for a short while, but I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this special team. Even though preventative treatment is very important, the best feeling is when a patient walks out of our office happy and confident about their smile. I’m looking forward to making many more friendships and beautiful smiles at Corley Family Dental.
Lexi Bennett, Dental Assistant
I grew up in Stonington, IL and now live in Decatur. I received my Dental Assistant Certificate from MTI, Springfield, IL in 2012. I worked at the Macon County Health Department and met The Corleys while they were working there. I am thrilled to have joined the Corleys at Corley Family Dental in March 2014. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and I enjoy scrapbooking. I love my job, because I get to help patients love their smiles.
